august 21, 1982-june 29, 2010

yeah he's gone. but i dont wanna sit here and talk about how he died.

in his own words, robert j. perkins iii was a graphic artist who was creative, dependable and highly organized with a strong sense of design and type. with experience in all types of print, promotional, marketing material and traditional art studio functions he was able to work efficiently from inception to completion under heavy stress without sacrificing attention to detail. but to us, he was way more than that.

more than a friend, brother, son, he was a hero. his talents made him the go to guy. no one could measure his importance becoz if you needed something, you called "freak". and whether you called him rob, tre, bigg freaky, son, brother...he was always there.

his philanthropic tendencies were second nature as he embraced the young ones he encountered. he always encouraged greatness and helped to further the dreams of others when he could. yes he was a graphic designer. and yes he graduated from one of the most prestigous schools in the nation. yes he was the master graphic designer of two magazines and ran his own business. yes he was a founder of mu alpha lambda epsilon in which he helped expansion, turning it from a group of friends, to a brotherhood. but for those who didn't know him, he was robert j. perkins iii. and that...is an adjective in itself. we'll miss you frat...
