eagles escape

i was under the impression he was trying to run out the clock. i know he's done some dumb stuff but this was showing the maturation of a guy who has made some mistakes and i think his team should have waited until the whistle before they stormed the field. no matter what "shoulda, coulda, woulda" happened, the eagles won the game. i'm just sayin...
