i understand how it is to work customer service and i know the difference between difficult customers and crappy service. so i wanna take this time to shout out everybody that works customer service! keep ur head up til something better comes around. special shout out to tracy and kim in texas from my cell phone service provider! you know who you are and i appreciate ya!
